With our personal rental concept, we offer office space that is tailored entirely to your wishes. You rent an office space which you can then arrange as you wish. The offices are standard furnished and equipped with modern office facilities. If you wish, you can make use of Tauro services and facilities, such as reception and telephone services, and the various meeting rooms and consultation rooms, at a reduced rate. Saving m2 on renting office space

By making optimal and smart use of the shared spaces available at Tauro, such as the reception for receiving your visitors, flexible workstations, meeting rooms and the Tauro Entrepreneurs Lounge, you can greatly reduce the number of square metres required. Normally, you would need to rent more square metres to provide everyone with a workplace, including a separate room for meetings, your own receptionist to receive visitors, or extra workstations for field staff. By making smart use of shared spaces and giving your (field service) employees a flexible workplace available at Tauro, you can save on your office space! Moreover, the ever-changing work environments can stimulate your employees in a positive way. Anything is possible at Tauro: start small and slowly (or quickly) expand your office space!
For entrepreneurs who are looking for a smaller office space or who do not (yet) need a permanent office space, we offer office spaces from 25 m² (1-2 workplaces) or a workplace membership.

Renting an office space from Tauro is more than just a space to work in. That is why we unburden our tenants as much as possible with regard to facility and operational services. Each office centre has a representative reception area, a welcoming reception that welcomes your guests, and various meeting rooms and consultation rooms that can be rented by the hour. Tauro also offers things like mail handling and telephone answering service. And you only pay for what you use!

Because we operate a flexible rental concept, there are no standard rental prices at Tauro. Rents depend on the size of your office space, the length of the lease and your specific requirements.
